Convert a loft to a acceccible music studio, Amsterdam

This client wanted ZL to add a custom made staircase to access their unused loft while not loosing too much space from the topfloors bedrooms. On the wishlist was to create a sound proof music studio so not to disturb the rest of the family while playing the instruments.
